Al well and good, but may I kindly ask you to remember one thing…
Sean Stephane Martin

Sean, I mean, sure. But human storytelling is old as language. Stories are how people share beliefs, fears, and acts of heroism in order to determine how best to live — where to find meaning. The stories in the good books you mention serve that same purpose.

These days, people happen to share their stories on the flickering screen vs sitting around the flickering fire.

But I think you know full well that Star Wars, flawed as it may be, is more than just another flick. It was a Space Western before Lucas injected it with Campbell’s Archetypes.

But that lineage, traceable back through Jung (and other philosophical forefathers) is what I find intriguing and enjoyable.

Throw it in neutral if you want brother, but there are lessons to be learned when you stomp the gas.
