Leave your phone at home. No phone means no distractions.
You don’t need special workout music. You don’t need an app telling you how well you’re doing.
You just need to start exercising.
See that guy over there scrolling through god-knows-what?
See that lady not doing anything? She’s still looking for that “perfect song” to work out to.
These distractions are often a form of hiding. It gives them a reason to put off the actual work.
Yes, the perfect music is always nice; but so isn’t just going into the gym with ZERO distractions, doing the hard work, and going home.
Get more done in less time. Leave your phone at home! (or at least in the gym locker-room.)
