This is great. I felt this desire strongly after starting my first official role as a PM. I wanted everyone to slowly begin to think like a PM so that we had better feedback loops from sales and marketing and confidence from CS on how to triage support requests. Everything gets better when everyone is pushing in the same direction and in the right ways. Even when people push in the same direction they can metaphorically trip over each other. Promulgating the right PM thinking throughout the org can help everyone know how to push together.
