Sounds like a lot of bullshit to me.

1)Leslie Jones is already back on Twitter. She returned 2 days after quitting. Since this information is detracting to your cause, you conveniently chose not to mention it.

2) Leslie Jones has a habit of making offensive racial tweets herself. Since her racist tweets are against white people and not black people, they apparently aren’t worth a ban or warning. Once again, this is more information you ignored since it doesn’t further your agenda.

3) Where’s your evidence that Twitter’s success rides on them getting rid of users that you personally find offensive?

Twitter use has been declining for some time. What evidence do you provide that this decline isn’t because society isn’t finished with the fad of publicly announcing where we ate lunch today? The service is free: anyone who wants an account already has one. There’s nowhere to go but down, even in your hypothetical world of perfect behavior.
