Reframing the Narrative on Entrepreneurship

There are fundamental differences between being an entrepreneur and being a small business owner. They are at the opposite ends of the spectrum. People fail in business largely because they don’t know who they are — a small business owner OR an entrepreneur. The funny thing is…most of us use these two words as if they are interchangeable; they are far from it. 95% of business owners are either small business owners or passionate small business owners. They don’t want to be the next Zuckerberg. THIS is the conversation we need to be having…the importance of knowing WHO YOU ARE as you travel down the path of business ownership. The correct answer will save your business when you come to the many forks in the road. My two cents.
