Liv Tyler Returns to Marvel Universe in Captain America 4

It’s been a while since Marvel fans saw Liv Tyler star in The Incredible Hulk. (Fifteen years, actually!) But she’s set to make her return to the Marvel Cinematic Universe very, very soon! MCU fan Brian Overton shares the details:

Liv Tyler is slated to reenter the Marvel Cinematic Universe nearly two decades after her leading role in The Incredible Hulk. Marvel fan Brian Overton has heard from fan sources that Tyler will reprise her role as Betty Ross in an upcoming Captain America movie. This will be the fourth Captain America movie released in the Marvel Cinematic Universe to date. The working title of this film is Captain America: New World Order. Fans of the Avengers are particularly excited to see this one! For now, Overton has yet to discover an officially proposed release date. But it is still interesting to know that Tyler will be back in the MCU!

The Incredible Hulk, released in the summer of 2008, may iconically be Liv Tyler’s most recent appearance in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. But, it was actually a historic part of the MCU timeline! Back then, there was no such thing as the MCU, as far as mega Marvel fan Brian Overton can remember. The Incredible Hulk was the second movie in the MCU, following Iron Man, another one of Overton’s all-time favorites!
