Those who love love, must organize to share it…together; It’s what those who love hate do so well
“Without order nothing can exist-without chaos nothing can evolve. Nowadays people know the price of everything and the value of nothing.” — Oscar Wilde
The more I have, the more I risk losing.
The more I live, the more I learn the price of loss.
The more I appreciate life, the more I take its brilliance and certainty for granted.
Sometimes, you don’t get to keep what you have or worked so hard to earn. Sometimes, your faith and convictions are belittled and made to feel less or unimportant. Sometimes, who you are and what you value in life is attacked because someone else feels threatened or entitled, believing your reality is beneath them or even capable of upsetting their reality.
“Those who love peace must learn to organize as effective as those who love war.” — Martin Luther King Jr.
The great irony and promise of peace is that you have to work for it…fight for it…every day. You must demonstrate that appreciation and belief for what’s right in all you do, what you believe, what you have, and also what you don’t have. Love is not a right. Peace is not a privilege. They are gifts you choose to give and work to earn from others.
“Only when we are brave enough to explore the darkness will we discover the infinite power of our light.” — Brene Brown
It is in this darkness when we can start to see the light. And it is in your journey where you can help others find their light.
I don’t believe we will ever see perfect harmony or unity. We will however, see the peace and love we create and organize around us. The reach, impact and resilience of this movement is yours to shape along with those who also believe in the greater mission and flex their strength to champion it.
“In the midst of chaos, there is also opportunity” — Sun-Tzu
