Created under the vision of experienced Latin American entrepreneurs who have accomplished by 2018, to consolidate BRICKS4US as the first project that promotes a network creation and expansion for the usage of unified spaces, accessible through cryptographic tokens using blockchain technology.
BRICKS4US is a comprehensive technological solution that has dared to merge the real and the digital worlds based on the remarkably changing behavior of the new generations. This ecosystem involves the designing, building, and offering of real estate units for specific purposes as accommodation, coworking, social events, and leisure provided with all the necessary services to stay for different periods of time, all created under an efficient platform to allow easy access to our users with the payment token we have called BRICKEN operating on BRICKS4US Dapp.
Our long-term goal is to have presence in each principal city of Latin America and, why not? In other continents. We aim to include great spaces to our ecosystem and give easy access to our services without needing local currency exchanges or complex rental contracts, with secure transactions in real time, generating an expansion of opportunities to maintain initiatives for entrepreneurship and financial independence for freelancers and digital nomads.
This model has a growing unattended demand, a major turning point where the users require a more mature market but, the providers are lagging behind in several factors. Since millennials, the world has changed, technology is no longer optional, to achieve a successful project we have to maintain an accelerating rate to keep up with our clients changing needs. A combination of client dissatisfaction and limitations of the real estate market have led us to the design of RICKS4US ecosystem, which does not pretend only to change the real estate market, its goal is to transcend major technological levels through blockchain and cryptographic tokens, attending every relevant factor to assure safety and customer satisfaction.
The target is one of the most important factors; their taste, priorities, and lifestyle have inspired BRICK4US team, meeting their needs and providing them with innovative proposals have become the founder’s compass. Even though the definitions are constantly modified, we can establish 3 cultural groups in our target, composed mostly of people born after 1982:
- Freelancers: are people who takes advantage of the IT benefits, improving their careers and talents to work remotely, based on results with short-term contracts. The largest and most recognized freelancer platform at this moment has more than 20 million users which 1.5 million are from Latin America. Since it was launched, this platform has had transactions for more than 2 billion dollars and more than 6 thousand freelance job offers are published every day.
The 74% of this platform freelancers are young “millennials”, known as the digital natives men, and women, ages 18 and 37, who were born during the informatics era and grew up with the digital development.
- Entrepreneurs: young professionals or not professionals who decided to develop ideas and economics projects individually or by building work teams, they execute products and services initiatives trying to forge solid and profitable companies.
Only half of the 163 million young people, ages 15 through 29, have a formal job in Latin America, some of them become entrepreneurs out of necessity, others by opportunity. Entrepreneurship helps them to obtain better incomes and guarantee opportunities at an older age, their economic initiatives are becoming less traditional ,aiming for profitable, and agile methodologies that make it possible for them to work remotely.
- Digital nomads: Young people with desires to travel the world and who organize their life in such a way they can work remotely, just needing an internet connection.
Even though there is not an exact number of people adopting this trend, we can see thousands of testimonies and blogs sharing experiences from precursors of these communities and from new generations of young travelers embracing this lifestyle.
