Occupational Therapy Services — Bright Minds Occupational Therapy Services

Bright Minds Occupational Therapy is a paediatric Occupational Therapy service, providing assessment, intervention and support to children aged 0–18 years with learning challenges, Autism Spectrum Disorder and other sensory and developmental disabilities.

We are a mobile service, with bases in Secret Harbour and Kalgoorlie, and service surrounding areas of each location.

Bright Minds Occupational Therapy provides services to individual clients and families from Mandurah to Wellard and everywhere in between. We also have a base in Kalgoorlie with a full time Occupational Therapist working throughout school terms ; providing private services and school based contract work.

Bright Minds Occupational Therapy aims to provide a country like, friendly, relaxed and professional Service to the communities and families it serves. We are passionate about child development and endeavour to provide the best personalised therapy and support possible. We are committed to grow our services and team to meet the demands of the communities we serve.

This services allows schools to have consistent and ongoing access to an occupational therapist in order to provide support to students and teachers. We aim to build capacity within school staff to identify difficulties and adapt the curriculum in order to increase a students participation and performance.
Bright Minds Occupational Therapy is available to provide a one off screening service to private and public schools; through the use of school applied grant funding, independent school budget or as an organised parent funded service.

The school screening service is generally provided for kindy aged student and/or pre-primary students. It allows for early identification of foundational skill difficulties that may affect the childs ongoing academic development.
