“Their's a Frog in my shoe”, really!

Delusions, are thinking about things that aren't there. Delusional behavior is a serious mental illness of thought processing.

Causes of delusional belief varies; problems with work, social and marriage. If your shoe is having a dialogue with the frog, and say the frog wins, and the story continues where there off on this journey.

A person that experience delusional beliefs can develop depression, OCD, schizophrenia, mood disorders and personality disorders.

Your journey will take a long time but with pauses of reality. The delusions can and will last a long time the senses will feel like a Frog. You can be days with a story of the frog in the shoe. Yes, sometimes, they appear normal. The possibility of a Frog in your shoe, is probable. It's not highly probable for dialogue.

A talking human frog that goes on about its day and how more important he is then the shoe, is a continuous ongoing discussion and far too common when in a delusional state. A shoe that is a comedian and a Frog that is vain are delusional. It's out of touch with reality.

There are several forms of delusions. The frog is vain and the shoe is a comedian. The shoes hate the vain shoe and writes hate letters, meanwhile the other frogs are going to a comedy sitcom but to see a snail, instead. The frogs are your family. The shoes are your family.

You can believe that you are the frog. You can believe you are the shoe. Your beliefs can stir you to believing in anything that it wants you to believe.

Watching a movie, reading, writing and meditation are positive ways to create a distraction to cope with delusions. There are forms of art, drawing, brain games and social interaction. Doctors can diagnose and treat the causes. Self help is available to deal with delusions.
