We are excited to welcome Lindsay Wall to the bb team as general manager across UK&I and Middle East

We have had a busy few weeks between Lindsay officially joining us, with our new Berlin Studio launch too. But we are really please to announce Lindsay’s arrival and the continuing strength in our growing global leadership team.

Lindsay joins us from Globant and will be responsible for overseeing all client and new business growth across the UK, Ireland, and the Middle East.

Reporting directly to our Founder and CEO Anand Verma, Lindsay will take control of our day-to-day client engagement and new business operations, revenue and profitiability — based out of our London Studio.

Lindsay brings with him vast experience executing large-scale digital transformation projects for clients like the AA, Stagecoach Group, Transport for London, Met Police and Lloyds Banking Group; expertise in scaling businesses while maintaining culture from his time at Iris Worldwide, and in the integration of businesses post-acquisition from his time at We Are Experience (WAE) by Globant.

As MD of Rufus Leonard, he led the agency to become both BIMA Agency of the Year and a Sunday Times Top 100 Employer in the same year.

“I am excited to have a seasoned digital leader in Lindsay on board — his career is fascinating, his experience in scaling businesses second to none. He’s going to be a great cultural fit. His experience in bringing together both Experience Design and Technology is very attractive to what we are championing at Brilliant Basics and Infosys. I look forward to Lindsay tapping into vast opportunity in front of us.”
Anand Verma, CEO & Founder, Brilliant Basics

Lindsay’s arrival represents another milestone in our expansion this year, and in our ongoing journey with Infosys. Having built a world-class reputation for our innovative design-thinking led approach and experience in executing global customer and employee experience programmes, we were acquired last year by Infosys, a global leader in consulting, technology and next-generation services.

Lindsay’s appointment comes shortly after that of Ines Feldman-Pach to lead the new Berlin Studio covering the German speaking markets DACH. Brilliant Basics will power a series of new innovation labs called Living Labs for Infosys, the first of which launched in Berlin on July 19th.The Studios are aimed at helping global clients navigate their next digital opportunity and accelerate business outcomes. The Digital Studio in Berlin is strategically positioned to support clients in Germany, Austria and Switzerland (DACH), specifically focusing on key industries such as telecom and communications, oil and gas, technology, fintech, automotive, engineering and manufacturing.

“I’ve been blown away by BB so far — the people, the culture, the offering and drive. Each are astounding in their own right. Having the might of Infosys in our corner while remaining independent and agile sets this firm apart. I can’t wait to get moving. Exciting times lay ahead.”
Lindsay Wall, General Manager UK&I and Middle East, Brilliant Basics

As always, we will continue to grow our talent and capabilities in experience design, research and insights, visual design, strategy, and technology through partnerships with local design schools, the Digital Studio will provide agile workspaces and digital skills in collaborating with our clients. The Studio will enable the creation of experiences leveraging concepts from co-location to co-creation using design thinking, agile sprints, rapid prototyping and seamless collaboration with globally connected studios.
