Title: Head of Commercial & Digital Marketing
Reporting Relationship: This position reports directly to CEO and is part of the management team
Working Hours: 20 hours per week; flexible
Where: Work online
Deadline: Rolling basis
Responsibilities: Digital leader for the world’s largest deal-sourcing platform for sustainability. Strategy and oversight of all digital channels and social media marketing campaigns. Budgeting, planning and supervising all Marketing and CRM activities.
Deliverables:
- Develop a comprehensive strategy for digital communications, and social marketing campaigns, resulting in the target number of followers on Facebook and Twitter.
- Ensure efficient customer experience during onboarding and conversion. Ongoing management and review of user experience, information architecture, web design and functionalities to maximize the customer acquisition and retention.
- Proactively identify and develop, with Commercial and Technology GRUP peers , the cost-effective technology upgrades and communication solutions to deliver the strategic plan.
- Build the online community management for GRUP, evolving the model to include tactics for leadership and staff that include Facebook Q&As, Twitter , LinkedIn forums.
- Establish the digital and social media measurement framework within the communications team, developing social media campaign marketing metrics based on commercial Key Performance Indicators. Build longitudinal analysis (network maps and evaluation, trending issues, platforms benchmarking, impact investing future developments, etc.).
- Build knowledge base on existing channels and enhancements, digital and social partnerships, new opportunities, changes in the media landscape, and performance of internal and external digital efforts.
- Ongoing managing of digital plans for web development, web design, calendars, workflows, and processes related to digital channels.
- Negotiate digital development partnerships; build a stable reliable pipeline of e digital contractors to keep the digital marketing budget under control.
Compensation
At this stage, we are only looking for entrepreneurs that can WORK FOR EQUITY option that, based on your passion and experience, will be discussed in person. We are in the process of fundraising, which will allow us to offer a salary in future.
Basic Requirements
- A good understanding of sustainable development trends, strong interest in people and the planet. Good awareness of investment channels and marketplace developments.
- Preferably Marketing background with an interest in Finance and Technology or SaaS business models, data analytics and reporting, leading edge SEO/SEM techniques, UI/UX experience.
- Experience with website design and online marketing. WordPress, Google Analytics and Google Adwords a strong plus.
- An eye for details — from grammar to new business opportunities.
- A team builder with top organization and collaboration skills.
- Fluency in other languages is a plus.
- Self-disciplined, autonomous, experienced to deliver results in/with a virtual team.
- Good communicator, efficient for self and for team, reachable and responsive via phone, Skype, other channels.
Expectations for the interview
- Get familiar with the website and platform external communication.
- Create and support a smart action plan for our green b2b marketplace.
- Proven experience with two sided marketplaces would be an advantage.
- Understanding of growth hacking as well as traditional marketing.
