If you are looking to spread the spirit of crypto Christmas, cardsofcrypto.com has the answer. In just a few clicks and using legacy currency (like US dollars), you can send anyone with an email address the gift of cryptocurrency.

Cards of Crypto was set-up to allow two noobs to send each other a crypto gift in the easiest way currently possible. We wanted to make gifting crypto as simple as sending an Amazon gift card.

How does this work? Well, there are three steps:

One: purchase the digital currency direct from us without going to an exchange or signing-up to a 3rd Party service. That’s right, Visa, and Mastercard are accepted.

Two: we store the purchased crypto in a newly-created-just-for-you-escrow wallet and encrypt it with the passphrase you provide.

Three: the recipient of the gift accesses the card, levels-up their regard for you, retrieves the private key to the escrow wallet and then moves the funds to a secure wallet if they want (see our other post for instructions).

As you can see, the only ‘blockchain knowledge’ necessary is for the recipient to be aware of cryptocurrencies!
