Give our eyes a break, have plenty of white space. Large chunks of text can be monotonous to a reader. Especially, when you haven’t gotten straight to the point and there are a lot of filler words. Finding a balance between your content and white space prevents your client from being overpowered by the heavy text.

In order to do this, break up your content by using lists, bullets, or even info graphics. This way your clients are not bombarded with tons of information and there are visual elements that will resonate with them.
