I feel you on this! My daughter likes a lot of really healthy things, but lately prefers junk and will ask over and over for it. I’ve been standing my ground- telling her that she can eat what I make or she can decide not to. But she doesn’t get a snack or another option. I should say I don’t offer other options if I know it’s a meal she has liked before. Either way, it has been beyond frustrating and there have been many tantrums. I keep my cool while she is awake, but as soon as she goes to bed I’m exhausted and want to pull my hair out! Ahhh… mom problems.
