I’m not “good enough”.
Tiffany Yeung

I relate to this so much, Tiffany. Thank you for sharing so clearly, directly, and candidly. I used to walk around with about 90% fearful thoughts and feelings.

My moment of waking up from this nightmare is similar to what you described. I stumbled upon something that said, “What if you already have the wisdom and well-being you’ve been seeking? What if you always have and always will, because love is what you’re made of?” And I just knew. Deep in my bones. That this was true. Ya know? It hit me like a wave of relief and everything sort of started to unravel.

Because… “good enough” for what? To be allowed to exist? Because we are here. We exist. So we must be enough.

Another sentiment I like from Jack Pransky: “All we are is peace, love, and wisdom and the power to create the illusion that we’re not.”

Love to you, Tiffany!
