What are you noticing as you try to make that change?

I find it immensely helpful every time I notice that I’m thinking my way into a negative place I don’t want (or most importantly, need) to be in. I find it even more helpful when I remember that my experience tends to get a lot more pleasant when I can chill out and not try to control my thinking so much either way. I don’t know if that makes sense. It’s tough (but rewarding) to try to talk about, isn’t it?

PS Name twins! Doesn’t happen very often to us Brookes, does it? :)
