This premise has some merit but where do you draw the line when it comes to being viewed as an opportunistic job hopper? I agree that loyalty is often overlooked and not typically rewarded but you’re being paid to do a job. If you feel as if you’re stagnating at a company then perhaps carving your own niche and excelling at it will open up more opportunities for growth within the company.
