This! 👏 I have to admit that I was first deeply worried by the short-cutty sounding title – and then utterly relieved by the content. You managed not only to clarify notorious misconceptions (as e. g. with the MVP, one of my pet peeves) but also to highlight that it is not methodologies (often implemented in a cargo cult manner) that matter but the mindsets and principles that need to be firmly understood (by doing) and adapted to the actual needs of an organisation. Thanks for this good article.
