For the last eight years you have been a reliably obstructionist GOP Senator.
You happily accepted the fiction that a sitting president does not have the right to appoint a Supreme Court Justice.
You happily vote, over and over again to repeal the ACA then condemn the Democrats and Obama for not cooperating in the dismantling of their legacy.
There’s only one side that has degraded the Senate as you describe, and you have been an enthusiatic participant in that degradation.
Just this week, you voted yes to repeal the ACA and advance the punitvie Senate replacement, which strips healthcare insurance from millions of Americans in exchange for massive tax cuts for a handful of plutocrats. This after you return to the Senate announcing that you are opposed to it, and having been given the finest medical care the United States has to offer that you will never need to worry about paying for because you have generous health insurance provided by the government, and immense wealth to afford it even if you didn’t.
Actions speak far louder than any pious words you’ll utter on the floor.
Shame on you.
