5 things you should do every morning

Stop watching at your phone as soon as you wake up, because you lose the most important minutes of your life.

Every morning you could try one of the next things in order to wake up more happy and with energy for the day, you can take only 2,3 or 5 if you want, this is only a few list from all the things that you could do.

  1. Write

It doesn’t matter what type of writing you do, it can be in a journal about the things you want to do, or you can try The method of morning pages where you write 3 pages of whatever comes to your mind as soon as you open your eyes, it must be within the first moments of your morning because if you start late your mind will now be worried about mind’s things and the idea is take the pure and clean thinking.

2. Read

In the mornings my most favorite activity is reading, cause you’re alone not thinking in the day to come, but in the book. Feeling the time passes and you just read and liberate your mind from the anxiety of the coming day.

3. Wake up earlier

The approaching day is more terrible and with more pressure if you don’t wake up earlier. I’m not saying too earlier, but the enough you need to have a happy and relaxed morning is good. If you do this your mornings will change it will be in a slow and happy pace instead of a fast and pressure pace.

4. Do exercise

When you move your body since you wake up your whole day will change, exercise is one of the most powerful things to gain energy and wake up your mind to start the day fresh and energized, it doesn’t matter if it is a 5min workout, you only have to make that body move.

5. Do what you’ll do throughout your day

You have work from your job? Start doing it in the morning so later you are advanced or already finished, the result is a day with more free time and better results in job.
