Write 2+ email at once on iPhone ?

I was surprised to find out that most people don’t know how to write 2, 3 or 4 email at once on iPhone without saving them to draft. Here’s a classic scenario.

I’m writting a new email to Tony and realize that I need to snap back to my inbox to check Tony’s last email for more information. From there, I got 3 options.

1: Cancel that email and trash it to only start from scratch

2: Cancel and save as draft (what most people do)

3: Drag the new email aside

Here’s how you do #3 and save yourself TIME.

Tap and hold the header of that email you’re writing, drag it all the way down of the screen and release. Now your email is sitting at the bottom and you should be back to your previsou screen, most probably your inbox. From there you can even start a new email. And yes, you can drag that email down as well. You can do that multiple time (not sure how many you can keep as a maximum but if it’s like Safari pages, a lot). Now if you want to choose which email to write, tap once at the bottom and they should open all up, just like Safari pages so you can choose the one you like.

Time, saved.
