Hahaha.. hit just the rights spot :) All this tooling is really insane, but when you get used to it, it really scales well. I believe we are just on a transitional stage were we have the WHOLE world experimenting and someday in a few years we will get it right. Probably with plain html again…

But really…

The size and complexity of your project needs to be relative to its use. It’s just insane to use React or Ng1/2 and add all those MEGABYTES of framework just because you don’t want to use jQuery!

BTW: jQuery got us here in the first place, we should all thank John Resig and contributors for that.
