Your Life Is a Puzzle and Only You Can Place All the Pieces Together

It’s the most difficult puzzle you’ll ever have to do.

Do you ever think of life as a puzzle?
It’s an interesting analogy that indicates how important placing all the right pieces together is if you want to see the bigger picture.
For some people, life can be quite simple, like a 100 piece jigsaw puzzle that is not that difficult to put together. For others, however, it might take more time, patience and effort, to complete it and find all of those missing pieces and then place them where they belong.
It can be tricky, and either way, the more you try to unpuzzle it, the easier it becomes to see which part belongs where. In case you give up halfway, over time it will get more and more difficult to complete it.
Some pieces will be lost, and your will and determination will decline, ultimately resulting in a complete failure.
As in a game, in real life, you’ll be more likely to force pieces in the wrong empty spaces. They might seem like the right choice to make at the moment, but they won’t be.
Often, you’ll feel as if there is not the right choice, and you will find yourself repeating the same move over and over again.
And is this just me, or do you always put the easiest pieces together first, leaving the more difficult phase of your puzzle for later?
If yes, was this ever helpful?
The more I try to compare life with a jigsaw puzzle, the more I understand the resemblance between the two.
That’s precisely why some people like to use this analogy in their attempt to understand life as such, and the difficulties that come with finding your own path.
Life is most certainly a puzzle, usually one that will give you a hard time until you figure it out.
If you are a simple person with a clear goal and idea of what you want to achieve in your life, as well as a set of rules that will help you get there, then your puzzle will be much easier to complete.
You’ll probably make some mistakes along the way, but the determination will keep you persistent and help you win that challenge.
For those who are struggling with certain things in life, things won’t be easy.
There will be pieces that do not fit where you initially put them, and at one moment it will become much more difficult to continue with your puzzle. You are not facing a dead end.
One where you’ll have to make a decision whether to give up or start all over again?
It’s at that moment when you need to rethink what you are doing, break apart the puzzle, and start all over again. Choosing the other alternative will get you nowhere.
And although it might sound difficult to start from point zero, the good thing now is that you have the experience, and know what to avoid, which pieces fit or don’t fit the puzzle, etc.
In other words, starting all over and “failing” made you better at this, and now you have the chance to make it right. If not, start again, and again, and again…
You understand where I am going with this, and by now you’ve grasped the idea of life represented as a unique puzzle that is waiting to be solved.
And if sometimes life doesn’t go smoothly, then the most logical answer would be that your puzzle is not arranged properly, and you might have to make some changes. It can either be several pieces or the entire puzzle.
However, don’t be afraid of the change that is about to come, because it’s the best way to experience life fully and evolve.
Learn How to Grow Through Your Mistakes
Whether it’s a jigsaw puzzle or a different type of game, have you noticed that with each mistake, you learn what is wrong and what is right?
You learn which pieces fit together, and what you should do in order to get the wanted result. That is, of course, if you are willing to give the puzzle another try.
If you are not interested in moving forward from a certain point in life, after you’ve committed a mistake, you won’t be able to grow.
However, if you do decide to try again, you will quickly learn that failing and experiencing difficulties in life is all about growth.
In life, we tend to learn a new valuable lesson with each passing day. You might not be aware of it right now, but in the long term, you will understand that everything that has happened to you and the way you handled the situation is what brought you here, today.
If you are satisfied with your accomplishments, that means you’ve been assembling the jigsaw pieces properly. If not, it means it’s time to make some changes.
So what’s it gonna be?
Is It Possible To Complete The Puzzle?
Yes, it is, but you need to put your best effort into it.
When you think about it, it’s simple. In order to complete the puzzle successfully, you need to fix certain things in your life.
You will need to make changes, without fearing of the unknown. You will have to rearrange your priorities, establish a balance in your life, and learn to focus on the things that matter and will get you to your goal. Moreover, you should avoid making the same mistakes more than once, and use your time wisely.
There are so many things that can be changed to experience life at its finest. But none of them would be possible if you are not ready for a challenge.
It takes guts to start your puzzle, and even more so when you realize that something doesn’t seem to fit in it.
For me personally, one of the best things I ever did that helped me keep a steady growth and progress in my life puzzle, was establishing a daily routine of positive habits that I practiced.
After several missed pieces, I realized that I need to make order out of the chaos in my life, divide all of the pieces by importance and put them in a separate pile. That way I knew what to do next, and what to avoid.
I knew which was the next piece necessary for the progress of the puzzle I was trying to complete.
I am still working on it, although I really did notice a change. My puzzle is not yet complete, but I am not giving up.
There are many things left to be done, many things are yet to be improved. However, quitting is not an option, and it never should be.
Only the most persistent individuals will finish it.
Are you one of them?
Life can be explained in many ways, but at the end of the day, each and every one of us experience life in their own way. Whether it’s a jigsaw puzzle or something else, these analogies just help people understand the course of life better.
They help us understand why some things happen in the first place, and how we can avoid them or fix them.
Find your puzzle, and make sure you have all of the needed pieces before you start putting them together. Eventually, you will complete it, and reach the success and happiness you’ve been searching for all this time.
You will complete it, and become a winner in this game called life.
