Overall you had some really solid cookies. I thought that they tasted really good when we sampled them in class and the cream cheese icing was a great idea to top it off.

The process you used for your idea generation is really great to see because it provides feedback to myself as I followed the same steps to figure out my cookie creations (great minds think alike 😉). Also the pictures you used to display your cookies work extremely well with the entire process from idea generation to the final product (my favorite being the spread of your ingredients, it looks really professional). The multiple iterations help to show your process and help to show how you worked out issues you faced while learning about your designs.

One question I have to ask is besides stepping out of the norms with a spicy cookie was there any other inspiration that you had when creating a Jalapeño inspired cookie?
