You did a phenomenal job with showing your process through your blog post. When looking through it you get a sense of how much effort you put into your designs and problem solving as well as the recipes. The amount of detail that you added with the specifics down to the gram is insane. I personally would not have the patience to do that myself but you pulled it off and I’m sure of someone wanted to recreate your cookies they actually could by following your recipes. The pictures you used to display your cookies are awesome and they help to tell the story of progression. The ideas you had for your cookies were completely 100% original and they tasted pretty good too. To be honest I was a little skeptical if they would taste good because I’m not a big bean fan but nonetheless you proved me wrong and I’m glad you did.

My question for you is what inspiration did you have for this cookie and how long have you been baking? Because the idea you created and the ideas you tested would definitely require some serious skills.
