This is actually exactly what I’m talking about. Just because your attracted to someone doesn’t mean you need to immediately date them. Take some time to get to know them outside of dating. And, if you do jump right in to a relationship, it doesn’t give you any right to assume that they will be a certain way, if they aren’t open and responsible that’s your bad not theirs.

And yes you can come up with all kinds of possibilities as to why this doesn’t hold true in absolutely every instance, and you can just keep doing things your way and getting upset at people when you jump into relationship and they don’t meet your expectations. It’s your drama, you can do whatever you want with it.
