The Apocalypse Teeters As American Democracy Dies In The City Where It Was Born

From Philly.com: “I’m very concerned about the expansive use of federal power to designate certain locations to be national security sites to the exclusion of First Amendment rights,” said Paul Hetznecker, a Center City lawyer. “I think it’s a dangerous precedent for our democracy and civil rights.”
From Libertarian candidate for President, Gary Johnson’s Medium.com page: “From a built-in cushion of immovable, unelected “Super Delegates” to debates scheduled when no one was watching to the now clearly-documented collusion between the Democratic National Committee and the Clinton campaign, the system was rigged to squash any rebellion against the Democratic Establishment.”
The apocalypse teeters as American democracy dies in the city where it was born. That is, in the city of Philadelphia, home of the delusional spectacle that is the 2016 Democratic National Convention. And the reason for my writing it that way is to appease Google. If you’ve never heard of Search Engine Optimization (SEO), it is a way of having somebody’s search results organized into what is most suited to their search terms — according to the search engine. I’ve been taught this technique at two separate independent digital news media snafus, both of which paid me a total of zero dollars after writing for them, collectively, for a total of about one-to-two years.
Why I think that this is important is because the amount of control it attributes to the system of power, where if you can’t play the game — you will die. If your business doesn’t fit into the guidelines of advertising on the Internet and playing into the hands of the system, you will perish. You will be doomed to delinquency, nobody will know who you are and, most likely, nobody will miss you. Because chances are they won’t even know that you existed.
This is the system that is being setup in America, and across the globe. A system that is bankrolled by corporate conglomerates that buy politicians. A system of businessmen- and -women who will stop at nothing to pull the strings for their own benefit. A system of the power elite under which the American people have been fawning over, with speeches written by Harvard Law graduates, and oxy-moronic discrepancies that are disregarded to the apex of cognitive dissonance which is herded and squelched by the likes of our modern distractions such as Instagram, Facebook, Netflix, etc. These are the companies where the shareholders have gotten exorbitantly wealthy — because they played the game.
In fact, they invented the game. They added to it.
And the investors see into the future, in a way that most common working people cannot. The best that the average American can come up with is to play along, even if under their noses they know that something doesn’t smell right.
Why do I write that the apocalypse is teetering as American democracy dies in the city where it was born? Because I saw it happening. For myself.

After observing rallies in and around the city for two days under the hot sun, I saw thousands of people struggling to be heard by a system that has, for all intents and purposes, thrown them overboard. Despite what is said by the glitzy glam of American actresses who wouldn’t be able to pick out all the countries on a map that their candidate has pillaged and pilfered with her power and cronyism — even using the U.S. Treasury for kickbacks to her donors and backers in the faux reconstruction efforts of the post-natural disaster in Haiti — and contrary to what Michelle Obama offered by way of her magical speech, a tactic used by politicians to brainwash the American public, because despite her speeches on the platitudes of her effervescent demeanor when it came to the Nigerian girls who had been abducted by terrorists — and were still missing long after the White House PR had shifted away from the story — there are lies buried on top of lies, upon which the system has been founded. For instance, most Americans wouldn’t know that the Clintons had used their power and privilege to do business in Nigeria, striking deals and giving speeches for corrupt businessmen, in order to secure contracts via the government — for their benefactors.
Today, Nigeria is considered one of the most corrupt nations on the planet. It is just one of the myriad nations that has been pillaged by the West. It is just one example of how the reality of the world is whitewashed into getting the American people to believe that their leaders are helpful and sincere.
It is the way that the system gets its constituents to remain faithful in the hands of their masters. At the highest levels of government, the system is a cesspool. And it trickles down into the lives of the people all across the globe.
That is why I write that the apocalypse is teetering as American democracy dies in the city where it was born. Right now as I type these words — after being so sickened by what I saw that I laid in bed for two days, having been stranded out in the rain, literally, and locked out of the closest subway station that was blocked off by fences and the Philadelphia police, who almost emanated a twisted sense of vindication for seeing so many protesters left out of the discussion, thousands of people whose voices were being herded away from any sort of dissent or conflicting views in the political process — I have never been so disgusted with this country, with this city, and with the fawning over criminals. With the cheering for a political process that colluded to get rid of an entire spectrum of people who had something real to say. Instead, those people were barricaded out, in more ways than one, not least of all by a politician who couldn’t get it up any more, deciding to side with Her. The Queen of the Sell-Outs — versus the King.
That’s what America has come down to.

I have always been sick with this American lie. On Monday night, it was culminated in seeing thousands of people who were let down by the political establishment, which has engendered a sense of total and absolute corruption. I can’t think of anything more dangerous for American democracy than to ridicule and silence another person’s point of view, just because it doesn’t fit into the narrative of the system, which chews up and spits out anything and anybody in its path.
The mayor of Philadelphia is a eunuch. He has backed a criminal with so many scandals that if anybody could write a book about them all it would be thicker than the skulls of the people who propagate her lie. Which is their job, of course. And that is what’s so sickening about the American way of life, for people with dissenting views.
To break down society into two paradigms, based on two colors, when this planet, this universe, this reality is infinite, is the power grab of the political elites, like the Clintons, and the Obamas, and the Bushes, and their corporate donors, the endless stream of lobbyists which have sold out the American people, in addition to the bankers and the speculative class, which has continually robbed and looted America, by aiding and abetting the writing of the laws of this country in their favor, as endless amounts of American people clap and cheer for it all.
It’s sickening. And it leaves me wandering and wondering: From where was I hit? Who hit me? And how did I get here?
My only immediate solution was to see it parading down Broad Street and Market Street, these people left out of the discussion, with legitimate concerns, told to be silent, told to just accept, to just go along with things in which they didn’t believe — that is and has become the American way. To see it so close to home, in the very place where democracy was born in America, was sickening.
And by the way, I mean death in life. The apocalypse is a new way of looking at things.
How can that be possible if so many people are told that thinking differently about something is not permitted?
American people believe in themselves, against all odds. Yet as the system grows in size and scope — and surveillance — more and more, the dissenting opinion of the power grab is being squelched and choked to death. That’s what I saw out there in the streets.
While cheering along with the status quo will get you TV time, and maybe your pot of gold at the end of the rainbow? Another line in a fairy-tale, where underneath the surface the lie bulges and boils, waiting to burst asunder.
Obviously this is a bleak view. But this is the system that is being created for us. And to have a dissenting view locked out of the conversation is creating something else entirely.
Revolution. The apocalypse. Death, as transformation.
A new way of looking at things.
