Simply Not Delighted
I’m channeling my inner @buster and @sippey today by writing on my Metro commute home from work.
I just saw Simple’s email and thought to myself, “Sheesh… everyone is hopping on board the NPS movement with Delighted.”

I tried clicking on one of the ratings but it didn’t work until I clicked on the number in the middle of the button. This is strange functionality and not typical of Delighted, so I took a look around.
It looks like the team at Simple rigged SurveyMonkey up to a custom email template to get the look they were going for, without actually having to pay for a $250-$1,000/month plan.
Smart? Or the poor man’s way of achieving validation?
