Website Revamp — Spera Foods Growth Study in progress

This post is part of a larger case study. We are documenting our efforts to create a stable and scalable growth engine for Spera Foods. To learn more about the case study, please read this introductory post and read our 3 month plan.

We are in Week 1 of our plan for building our growth engine for Spera Foods. Our first major hurdle is refreshing the website. Because little effort had been made to drive online sales previously, little effort had been put into the website. The website served its purpose in the early days of the company, but now it is time to elevate the website to support the marketing and sales efforts.

In this deck, we will look at the changes made to the website in the first week. We needed to make the website “good enough” without dumping significant time into it. The website is built with the basic Squarespace plan which will cause some long term limitations, but should work for us in the near term.
