Great article. I only have bullet proof coffee and don’t eat until about 1. It is amazing how much better I feel. Also the less carbs the happier.

Side note, I like what you do on here. I am a savvy finance guy with a lot of knowledge on personal finance/keeping household bills in order. Any suggestions for sharing, coaching people? Thanks.
