Ugh, no. This just adds useless bureaucracy and wastes everyone’s time. Your company’s interview process should be able to properly filter out unqualified candidates, and often the easiest way is to simply *talk* with them.

This is NodeJS we’re talking about, not some complicated piece of aircraft maintenance equipment that demands safe and consistent operation at all times.
