Blockchain and data roaming

Roaming today means the use of a mobile phone outside a home network, i.e. when calling/transmitting data, it connects to another cellular network. As a rule, this happens automatically when a subscriber leaves a home region. Such calls will not cost much, and there are reasons for that.

In order for the subscriber to be able to register in the guest operator’s network, it is necessary to have a roaming agreement between the guest and the home operator, which is concluded only after testing the connection, setting up the equipment, coordination of legal and financial nuances. These procedures require considerable costs, which finally have to pay subscribers.

Launching Bubbletone Blockchain platform allows to get rid off imperfect roaming technologies. The connection to this ecosystem will not cause any difficulties, and its members — operators and their clients — will interact directly.

In fact, a new market is being created with new members: subscribers who previously did not use cellular communication outside the home network and operators who could not provide their clients with international communication. Moreover, Bubbletone Blockchain facilitates the mutual integration of telecom operators and service providers operating outside the telecommunications sector.
