It was great to see this from “the other side”. I’ve been guilty sometimes of thinking “oh, this is so easy for them”; partly to vent my frustration against these dating social network apps. Because no matter how much thought I could put to my first messages based around on the other person bio or pics or whatever… at the end of the day what seemed to really matter were a couple of pics. But that alone is unfair to the amount of shit you have to endure from a plethora of guys.

I ended up leaving those sites, promising myself to never come back. I prefer that and hoping to meet someone “the hard way” (no matter how impossible it seems sometimes) than ending up becoming one of those guys and seeing myself verbally attacking women because they don’t feel interested on me.
