Great, concept and idea. I live in rural America and believe you should format for local, reporting and sponsors . Many small communities no longer have local papers but need local information specifically for their community not just largest bordering city. Presumably you will need advertising base at some point, this would drive sense of place input and revenue. Best, BUD
