The most important goal of Bulleon is to distribute all the tokens. This achievement at the end of phase 10, will lead to the calculation of the funds the project requires to accomplish the set goals. Hence, 80% of the surplus funds (ETH) will be distributed in such a way that it goes to the top 25% by ownership of the total supply of BLN. The dividends calculation will be based on the percentage of the total surplus funds raised.

The remaining 20% will go towards the operation and running of the company which will require working capital. It is crucial to note that this will be a one-time dividend payment. For instance, 148,009ETH will be raised by the end of Phase 10. This figure is the total surplus funds from the ICO. If an investor owns for example 6650BLN, representing 0.07% of the total supply of BLN. The investor will be entitled to receive 0.07% of the total surplus of Bulleon in dividends. Similarly, this is equal to 17.5 ETH or approximately 12,000 USD.

The Bulleon project is one of the ICOs in the market that gives all the investors in the market control of their investment despite the amount of contribution they make to the company. Besides, the voting rights, which will give the investors the opportunity to decide the direction Bulleon should take in future, they investors are also offered quarterly dividends.

The 25% in terms of total ownership percentage will be entitled to 40% of the operating profit made by the company. The percentage of the quarterly dividends will depend on the total operating profit of the entire company. It is vital to note that the company will pay dividends to the investors as long as it makes profit.

To understand how the dividends will be calculated, it is essential to consider an investor who owns 6650BLN. This gain represents 0.07% of the total supply of BLN. At the same time, the operating profit for the company in the first quarter of 2019 is $90,000,000. The calculation based on the operating profit shows that the investor will receive $31,500 in dividends.
