Greetings Parents & Students
Please read all of this info — and respond as needed!
Indoor Guard/Drumline Shows — March 8 & March 22
ALL families are to have ONE parent volunteer at the Indoor show on March 8, 2014 OR March 22, 2013 (or BOTH please!). Please Select from the list below your first, second and third choices for the committee that you would like to work on. All volunteers MUST sign in and log their time. If you DO NOT volunteer, your child’s account will have an additional $35 added. Students CAN act as Proxy for their parents, if they are NOT performing that day. Thank you! Please sign up your over 12 children up as runners if possible!

Schedule for this week:
Guard — your rehearsals are the same — pending more snow!
Drumline — Rehearsal Tuesday 5:45-9pm.
SATURDAY:
Guard — Rehearsal at BHS 9am-3pm
Drumline Rehearsal at BHS 11am-3pm
Guard Bus at 3:30 to Bethel HS, then after performance bus to New Milford HS. Perform at Bethel 4:56, then at 6:20 (these times are TENTATIVE)
Drumline Bus at 4pm (load at 3:30) to New Milford — Perform at 6:50pm.
We will need SEVERAL parents to help with equipment with the drumline — please email me ASAP jamesmiller@bunnellband.org — if you can help.
