Dates to Note:

Wednesday May 14 — Drum Major Auditions 2:15 in the Band Room

Thursday May 15 — 5pm — Indoor Drumline (please bring $10 for Pizza/Soda) 6pm — Drumline for Fall 2014.

Wednesday May 21 — Spring Concert $3 Donation (concert dress — black & white) Students arrive 5:30pm. Doors open at 6:30pm.

Thursday May 22 —

*Polo Shirt distribution.

*All large instruments and Percussion/Pit are moved to the dungeon.

*DRUMLINE for Fall 6-9pm

Monday May 26 — 9:30am — All Drumline & Pit meet at the dungeon to load equipment. 10:30am — all members meet at St. James Parking lot to warm up for the Parade. All 8th grade students who will be performing with the Middle Schools will meet up with us AFTER the MS performance is concluded. Wednesday May 28 — Band Elections — 2:15 in the Band Room

Thursday May 29 — DRUMLINE for Fall 6-9pm

Monday June 2 — COLORGUARD — The first guard informational meeting will be on Monday, June 2 from 6-7:30 in the band room.

Thursday June 5 — DRUMLINE for Fall 6-9pm

Thursday June 12 — Band Awards (all Fall 2013 members, incl. 8th graders — Band and Color Guard — BHS/SHS/Flood/Wooster.) in the Cafe at 5pm. Band Parent meeting to follow. Students will have Pizza/Soda. Parents are invited at 5:30 to watch the awards. Very informal!

Wednesday June 18— GRADUATION! All members of the Concert Band & Wind Ensemble MUST attend! It’s part of your Final Exam Grade!!!

Payments

All students MUST have their accounts current at this time. Outstanding Balances will be sent to the administration and students who are not current may face loss of activities, including Senior Prom, Graduation, & other Extra Curricular activities.
