I love this area and this is a very good interview. But, I’d also be interested in a discussion that’s more crunchy, more practical and evidence based. What does good practice in employee engagement, corporate citizenship and ‘authentic leadership’ really look like? What characterises organisations that have really embedded this thinking in their day-to-day operations, and differentiates them from others? How is this difference visible to customers and what’s the evidence that it makes a difference to the bottom line? Appreciate those are difficult qs, but moving companies on that don’t instinctively get these arguments needs more than rhetoric.
