Hello, I'm Masoud M. Ahmed, a dedicated Human Resources (HR) professional with over a decade of experience in shaping the workforce of leading companies. Currently, I am the HR Manager at Mercedes-Benz Iraq and Concept Interiors Iraq. Here, I have the privilege of partnering with leadership teams to understand and execute our human resource and talent strategy, with a particular focus on current and future talent needs, recruiting, retention, and succession planning.

Before joining Mercedes-Benz, I had the opportunity to hone my skills at Korek Telecom in various roles, including as a Product Manager and Compensation Manager. There, I developed and implemented compensation and benefits strategies to attract and retain top talent, and I created product strategies to drive growth and competitiveness.

I am a firm believer in lifelong learning and continue to expand my knowledge base. I hold a Master's degree in Business Management from the University of Kurdistan Hewlêr (UKH), and I am currently pursuing an EMBA in Artificial Intelligence & Blockchain from Eaton Business School. Moreover, I am a certified Coach from LinkedIn, reflecting my commitment to people development and leadership.

Throughout my career, I have developed a deep understanding of HR strategy, compensation & benefits, product management, and process improvement, supported by my proficiency in tools such as SAP BusinessObjects and SQL. I am also conversant with large language models and blockchain technologies, indicating my keen interest in emerging technologies.
