The COVID-19 pandemic has become a concern for all people in the world. In this situation, we have an obligation to take care of our health, physical health, and mental health that some people may forget. Mental health is very important Because in this situation we do many things that we have never done before like we always do everything from home, and yes, for some people it is a stressful thing and some things can make us mentally disturbed.
So, I want to share some simple things that I usually do to take care of my mental health!

1. Learn something new. Yeah! In this situation we have more time with ourselves, learning something you’ve never tried before!

2. Don’t spend much of your time on social media, please limit your time on social media. Because we, usually feel insecure, overthinking, and compare our 24 hours of life with 15 seconds of other people’s stories.

3. Find your own happiness, like listening to music, watching movies, or something like that.

4. Take a break if you feel tired. don’t force yourself to do something beyond your limits, respect yourself!

5. Meditation with the concept of mindfulness, try it! And you can see the magic. When you start to feel stressed, do mindfulness because it can help you!
