Does everyone have a mobile phone?

I work as a Learning Technologist. I ferret away looking at apps and online tools for academics to use in seminars and lectures. Much of what I look for involves students having a mobile phone, a Smartphone to be specific, and a degree (excuse the pun) of digital mastery.

Why I don’t Wi-Fi

Not having Wi-Fi is annoying. I can vouch for that.
