ERP — the secret ingredient to a successful ICO?

ICO here, ICO there, ICO, ICO, ICO, aren’t you getting tired of this term already? You’ve heard it a lot in 2018, and yet people still haven’t shut up about it.

So what is an ICO and what can you do with it?

Initial coin offering (ICO) is a way to start up a newly made blockchain based product by selling crypto tokens in exchange for bitcoin or ether (crypto token that fuels Ethereum blockchain protocol).

In other words, it is a mix between well-known Kickstarter platform where anyone can present their project and get funds for it and the Initial Public Offering (IPO) where companies sell shares of their business for funding.

Today many ICOs fail, and yours will probably fail too.

One needs just a quick look at www.icoalert.com to be aware of the magnitude of saturation of cryptocurrency market. You can see, that hundreds of new projects are listed each month, and all of them want your attention!

Big fish (whales) prepared to invest a lot of money in an ICO are only a few. And because there are more and more ICOs, it is getting harder and harder to get their attention.

How to attract investors?

A tough question, for sure, but sadly — there is no recipe!

As with the social media, where you have to fight with billions of daily messages for your idea to emerge on the top, also in the ICO world, you want to be heard.

To be heard, you have to be unique.

Unique? How to achieve it.

Before I begin to share my opinion on this topic with you, we first need to cover the basics. Without the basics, no uniqueness will help you.

Analysing current practices, successful ICOs always have done the following:

Call-to-action website; used to share instructions on how to invest and to share news,

White paper; another name for a business plan, where writers disassemble their project and present it to potential investors,

Pay-per-click, social media, direct, mass media and PR advertising,

Bounty program: to find bugs, to write and translate articles — not mandatory, but desirable.

You can ignore my advice, and I don’t doubt, some of your ICOs will be successful even without them. I am however confident, that with the knowledge we gained during yearlong blockchain platform development, which will now be part of an ICO, and all the activities we do in the crypto world of Europe, Middle East and Asia, our advice certainly shouldn’t be taken lightly.

How will our platform differ from the others?

Many projects wondered how to be unique, us included.

After thorough consideration, we concluded, that we would be stupid not to include the product on which our business is already fueling on, the ERP.

Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) is a technology, which connects all the business processes in a company. It allows employees to access all of the data which is needed to respond with real-time and precise information. ERP oversees running of the company from the entrance to the exit, accounting included.

Our blockchain project will be the first in history that will be 100% transparent and will track the expenses for every cent ever spent. Even more, all this data will be aggregated and presented on ICO’s website in real-time.

With the working hours and expenses monitoring, attendance and work assigning capabilities of AllForTime, which was developed by our company, we can show all the costs until now (1.5 million USD) and all the future expenses of the project.

Our unique weapon: 100% transparency.

Are we worried someone might steal our idea?

Initial Coin Offering is extremely tough to pull off (you can compare it with an IPO).

Creation of revolutionary product, which uses limited capacities of new blockchain technologies is not an easy thing to do. What’s more, you need to continually fight with newly imposed regulations, legal limitations and hordes of sceptical ICO investors, who are afraid you might rob them.

As our ICO is only weeks from the public presentation, and because we are tracking our expenses for more than a year already, even if someone takes this idea for his, that shouldn’t be too problematic for us.

Even more! Together with creative agency Creanest d.o.o., Business Solutions d.o.o. wants to participate in the development of similar projects and help with EPR system implementations.

Decentralise the world.
