Whew! This is great news for the state of Colorado, that we will not have to endure a barrage of continued misinformation about the oil and gas industry from activists who want to see it banned, and which was the purpose behind these two proposals.

Constitutional amendments are not the way to go about regulating industry. No amount of “rules” would satisfy the parties behind these proposed ballot initiatives, unless the rules banned the process altogether.
