Ask, Observe, and empathy

Customer is separated to 2 group and 4 personas as below

We discuss with them about plastic reduction relate in Cafe’ business to get what their insight.

We asked , observe and empathy in this Cafe’ a day long and then refine, analyze and synthesis from the information and turn to insight for each persona as follow.

The result quite similar as result from waste reduction in modern trade business so root cause are from lack of awareness and inconvenience ad below

We now already know insight from Cafe’s and consumer so next we will continue with service journey :)
