Third place-Changpeng Zhao, Executive Director of the cryptocurrency exchange Binance. His capital is about 1,1–2 billion US dollars.
In addition, the rating included also known cryptocurency billionaires brothers Cameron and Tyler Winklevoss, a co-founder of a startup BitFury Valery Vavilov, a creator of the blockchain platform Ethereum Vitalik Buterin.
