Sleeping without clothes on can lead you towards a better quality of sleep because the body temperature naturally declines during this time. If you are wearing clothes, then it might disrupt that cycle.
In turn, this would make your body feel uncomfortable, resulting in you tossing and turning in your sleep. It will give you an irregular sleeping pattern. Meanwhile, sleeping naked would increase your quality of sleep overall.
2. Sleeping naked could actually prevent your body from contracting bacteria.
Ironic as it may seem, sleeping without your clothes on could prevent the growth of yeast and bacteria on your body. In addition, it would dry out the spots of your perspiration and keep your body comfortable.
3. It can promote weight loss
When you sleep naked, your levels of cortisol decrease. Cortisol levels, according to Web MD, are the ones responsible for helping the body use glucose (which is sugar) and fat for energy (which is the metabolism).
If you want to your body to be more responsive to weight loss, you should try sleeping without clothes on because this helps lower our cortisol levels.
4. You feel more frisky and confident
Provided that you are sleeping with your partner, the skin-to-skin contact of your bodies would increase the bonding hormones you have, like oxytocin. It will make you more sensitized to your partner’s touch.
Apart from that, you will each have strengthened feelings of trust and connectivity. You will also have a lower heart rate, which means a better quality of sleep because you’re relaxed.
5. It will boost your energy
Sleeping without clothes on equate to a good sleep quality, which means more energy levels for you. You will have more strength and general energy once you wake up in the morning.

Sleeping naked also stimulates the circulation in your body and reduces the pain you feel in your body, particularly in the abdominal area. Through this, you are able to feel overall comfortable, which means a better sleep.

By sleeping naked, your skin cells are able to easily repair itself because no other clothes are present to hinder the process from happening. The sebaceous glands, which are the ones responsible for lubricating the skin, will work at full capacity.
