What is good workout routine ?

A good workout routine generally includes the following steps:

​Warm-up: Start with 5–10 minutes of light cardio or dynamic stretching to prepare your muscles for exercise.

Strength training: Incorporate exercises that work all major muscle groups, such as push-ups, squats, and lunges, using weights or resistance bands. Aim for 2–3 sets of 8–12 reps of each exercise.

Cardio: Add in 20–30 minutes of moderate-intensity cardio, such as brisk walking, jogging, or cycling.

Cool-down: Finish with 5–10 minutes of gentle stretching to help your muscles recover and reduce soreness.

Rest: Take a rest day, rest days are important for muscle recover and prevent injury, if you are doing it for more than 4 days a week.

It’s also important to vary your routine to challenge your muscles in different ways, and to increase the intensity or weight as your fitness level improves. Consulting a fitness expert or trainer may also be beneficial to help you create a customized workout plan that meets your goals and fits your schedule.
