To boldly go where no fan has gone before…

Dyson has continually made revolutionary products that continue to set the standard for air flow technology. The founder, James Dyson, continues to look at products and ask if they are working at their full potential. The company strives to provide the best product possible and their teams of design engineers continually live up to the task.
So what’s next…
That’s the question that Dyson asked themselves when looking into this new direction that, although makes a lot of sense, no one saw coming. But man are we glad they found an opportunity. And capitalize on that opportunity they did.

From the farmlands to outer space to your shower…
The process of water atomization has already been used within the fields of agriculture, aerospace, and medical devices so why shouldn’t our household showers benefit from this revolutionary technology? Dyson thought the same thing and did something about it.
Introducing…

The DysonAqua uses Dyson’s patented airflow technology combined with the process of water atomization to provide the user with an efficient yet enjoyable showering experience. Dyson kept it mind the efficiency of water usage as well as the efficacy of the water pressure to develop a beautifully engineered and designed product that fits hand in hand with their current products. It’s safe to say they blew us all away. (fan pun intended)
How does it work? Simple.
Water + Air = Mist
and with that the Dyson was able to combine their knowledge of airflow and take it into your bathroom. From their the DysonAqua was born.
Then Dyson decided to take it another step farther…
The revolutionized combination of water atomization and Dyson’s airflow technology wasn’t enough for Dyson. They didn’t want to simply improve the shower, but they sought to improve the way that we shower. Can you say smart shower?

Dyson is all about making products into the best that they can be, whether from a technology stand point or an efficiency standpoint, they want to make the user’s experience with the product better. That is what they did with the DysonAqua — tech wise they made improvements, but they didn’t forget about the user experience.
A lot of water conservation in showers can e controlled by the user. So Dyson asked themselves, “How can we put the knowledge and the power into the hands of the people in the shower?”

Is it worth it?
The question that we all we’re asking as we were sitting listening to the presentation. The answer…
YES — The stats back it up!
The DysonAqua is able to use 70% less water than a traditional shower simply because of the use of water atomization. Now take that number and then add in the smart capabilities of this shower that not only allow but encourage users to be more efficient with their water usage, man have you got a revolutionary product that has the potential to change the way that people shower.

The DysonAqua — an elegant yet revolutionary step towards water efficiency.
