It’s like with anything else that gets popular — it’s a trade-off between there being more of that thing in the system, and that thing getting diluted. But less bullying can’t be a bad thing, and it may be that kids are growing up with a greater sense that learning can lead to success and status, and if that makes them care more about learning and understanding, then that’s great.
